What type of broadband will you be offering?
giffgaff broadband will be powered by the latest fibre technology on nexfibre’s XGS-PON network. To most, this is known as Fibre to the Premise, or FTTP. Later we’ll also leverage full fibre on Virgin Media O2’s network.

How do you plan on delivering help to broadband members?
Like we do on Mobile, we’ll be providing digital support to our members for our broadband product. We’re exploring new digital support tools and platforms which will allow us to further improve how we deliver help and support to our members. We’ve made significant investments in this area, which we’ll be testing with our trialists.
Can you get broadband and a SIM?
Yes, it will be possible to purchase both a SIM and broadband from us once we’re live with our offer. The two products will need to be purchased separately for now, but we will be considering this longer term.
